Bass ReFlex earned his way into the ranks of the breakbeat scene in early 2002. Bass ReFlex was
born Christopher Neely out of Oklahoma City, OK. He first discovered the art of turntablism at the age
of 17 when he moved to florida in 2000. Chris was always big into music and played trumpet in jazz bands
throughout elementary and high school. With This Big Influence and a new era of electronic musing forming,
he found Florida to warmly welcome his funky style of jazzy breaks.
Starting out playing funky breaks, he slowly evolved into the Nu-Skool scene. He has been writing tunes for over 3 years and is far from finished.During the year of 2005, Bass ReFlex received support from the biggest names in the scene; Takomo, Influenza, Breakfastaz, N.A.P.T., The Storm Trooperz, Bill Vega, LP, Cereal Killaz, Rektchordz, D-Ranged, and IF : IM.
Bass ReFlex has been booked and can be caught playing all across the Southeast United States. With a history of throwing down the best dancefloor rhythms, Bass ReFlex is no doubt one DJ/Producer that will entertain. Bass ReFlex has been spending every hour available in the studio. You can count on seeing many releases.
